Our range of rotary extractors is designed to provide reliable and efficient solutions for extracting challenging materials that do not flow naturally by gravity in flat-bottom silos. These extraction systems operate on the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing the risks of arching or bridging in the silos. The ODS range includes two types of extraction systems:

• Electromechanical Extraction System: This system uses an electric motor to drive the extraction screw. It is ideal for installations requiring a simple and effective solution, offering great application flexibility. The robustness of the motor allows for continuous operation with reduced maintenance. It is ideal for low-density products.
• Hydraulic Extraction System: Perfect for demanding industrial environments, this system uses hydraulic power to drive the extraction. It is particularly recommended for very compact or abrasive materials where additional extraction force is required.
